What is this store's return and exchange policy?
We guarantee all merchandise to be brand new, factory first Never any seconds. Please note that our sheets, comforters and mattress pads, etc. are all custom made you when you order. We do this so we can offer many colors and custom sizes, thousands of combination's, in fact! Because our bedding is custom for your order, please order carefully. Cancellation of an order is generally impossible as we start processing immediately upon payment. We can only accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of order, a 25% re-stock fee will apply to returns, and the bedding must be un-opened and in original packaging. Bedding that has been used or washed is not returnable. Legitimate manufacturer's defects are exchanged in 30 days for the same size and color. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
What is the material of your sheets, pillow cases, duvets & bedskirts?
The material is microfiber, which feels more like cotton. it's slightly thinner than cotton though the strands are packed more tightly hence making the sheets as comfortable and durable as cotton sheets. We use these in our home, they are great and beat the $60-90 sheets we have bought from traditional retail stores. They will easily fit mattresses up to 18 inch deep.
Care Instructions?
Wash before using. Machine wash in cold water. Do not use bleach. Tumble dry with very low heat. Wash separately to guard from color migration.
